“[Sentorias] sense the presence of herein policemen pulled out his [.38 caliber] revolver
and pointed to PO2 Lauriaga. Sensing that his life was in danger, PO2 Lauriaga fired his
service firearm and shot the former hitting [Sentorias] on different parts of the body and
fell down on the pavement and died on the spot.”
