Holiday Lights: featuring Christmas Wonderland at Rock Spring Park in Alton, the Way <strong>of</strong> Lights at Our Lady<br />
<strong>of</strong> the Snows Shrine in Belleville, or Winter Wonderland at Tilles Park in St. Louis. <strong>Tours</strong> can also be<br />
combined with seasonal music or theatre events.<br />

Fire Departments - Local<br />
Many fire departments will let you tour their facility. Some even bring equipment to your meeting place for<br />
demonstrations. Call your local fire department to find out the possibilities.<br />
Gateway Geyser Fountain<br />

Currently the tallest fountain in the world, the Gateway Geyser, the geyser's height mirrors that <strong>of</strong> St. Louis'<br />
famed Gateway Arch, located directly across the Mississippi River. The center fountain is complemented by<br />
four auxiliary fountains, which represent the four rivers that converge in the St. Louis area.<br />

Troop tours may be arranged for <strong>Girl</strong> Scout troops to earn the <strong>Girl</strong> Scouting in the USA badge and a portion <strong>of</strong><br />
the <strong>Girl</strong> Scouting Around the World badge. A Council shop and library are also on site. Arrangements need to<br />
be made through the Program Registrar. Conference rooms are available for meetings.<br />
