The museum is a general-interest museum located on the riverfront in downtown Evansville, Indiana. Founded
in 1904, it is one of Southern Indiana's most established and significant cultural institutions, with collections in
art, history, anthropology and science. A variety of educational programs are offered, including several tailored
specifically to Girl Scouts.

The New Harmony Theatre offers Broadway-quality shows featuring professional actors and performed in
historic Murphy Auditorium. These shows are produced by the University of Southern Indiana and staged in
the historic Murphy Auditorium, located in New Harmony, Indiana.
