history, including an audio-visual show portraying St. Louis as the River City. For tours, contact the education<br />

The Museum <strong>of</strong> Transportation houses "one <strong>of</strong> the largest and best collections <strong>of</strong> transportation vehicles in the<br />
world." The collection includes cars, buses, and trolleys dating back to the turn <strong>of</strong> the century. Aircraft and<br />
riverboat material are also on display.<br />

Founded in 1770, this is St. Louis’ oldest church, known <strong>of</strong>ficially as the Basilica <strong>of</strong> St. Louis the King.<br />

The Victorian cottage built by Elbridge and Elizabeth Payne in 1870 is fully restored and including a historical<br />
doctor’s <strong>of</strong>fice.<br />
