Through their new business,
Platinum Transfers
& Tours, they are
providing what’s known as
Hamilton’s Hidden Secrets
Tour, the first ever luxury,
customised tour of the city for
visitors.
The guided tour includes
Hamilton Gardens, Waikato
Museum and Arts Post, Memorial
Park and Waikato River
history. A complimentary
tea or coffee including a slice
or muffin at The River Kitch-
en Café. The city tour is one
of a number of tours that Platinum
Transfers & Tours offers
around Waikato and beyond.

four years ago, basing much
of their business on great relationships
with corporates such
as Waikato District Health
Board, Gallagher, the police
and government departments.
It is from these and other
great corporate relationships
that much of their new business
is derived.
Astra Motor Lodge was
highly ranked on Trip Advisor
for a number of years and in
2015 Steven and Bronny won
AA Traveller NZ Host of the
Year, an achievement they put
down to a huge emphasis on
customer service.
While owning the Astra
Motor Lodge, the couple
would often transfer guests
and Steven and Bronny spotted
a gap in the market for
premium transfers around
Hamilton. They’ve made the
niche their own.
