The client will contract directly with a single entity
“Metropolitan Builders” to provide all the construction
services for any project. Design/build services may be
provided by Metropolitan Builders and its sister companies.
The management’s knowledge of the Kingdom of Bahrain
local building codes, safety requirements, permit issuance
and other local nuances in the construction process is
critical in the project's on-time and on-budget completion
according to plan. The owner / developer’s interest is
represented throughout the project, from start to finish, to
ensure schedule compliance, coordinate proper document
control and optimize the investment in the project.
