TRY RELAXING<br />

When you are stressed and you<br />

eat, stomach acids build up and cause<br />

heartburn. After each meal, relaxation<br />

techniques are highly recommended.<br />

These include deep breathing, meditation,<br />

and yoga. You should stay upright<br />

after eating versus lying down.<br />

odds are great that you’ll conquer acid reflux.<br />

see a doctor and find out for sure. Many<br />

other conditions, like ulcers and even heart<br />

disorders, mimic acid reflux disease, and<br />

your physician can run tests to see if you<br />

do have acid reflux. If you do, the information<br />
