Since allergens are everywhere, getting an allergic reaction is quite possible. Here is a smart and easy
guide on how you can manage your allergies.

1
EAT A BALANCED
AND HEALTHY DIET
The first step to proper nutrition is eating
a balanced, healthy, whole foods diet.
Try to consume 7 portions of vegetables
and fruits every day, and also include a
minimal amount of protein. If this is not
possible for you, mineral supplements and
vitamins may be for you.
2
PACK ON VITAMIN C-RICH FOODS
There are many places to find Vitamin
C, including tomatoes and citrus fruits. If
you don’t get enough in your diet, a supplement
is best. Vitamin C is a great way
to ward off colds. It also helps with things
like acne, ulcers and even gum disease.
Additionally, studies have shown vitamin
C can help patients suffering from dementia,
Alzheimer’s disease and ADHD.
3
LOAD ON CALCIUM AND VITAMIN D
To promote good bone health, it is
important to take calcium. To digest the
calcium properly and get all that you can
from it, you need a good amount of vitamin
D in your system. To get enough vitamin
D, drink milk and go out in the sun.
If you lack exposure to the sun, or avoid
drinking milk, then it is important that you
take a vitamin D supplement. This vitamin
helps protect bones from becoming brittle.
