ORGINAZATION
4v3 to advance the ball on two goals
Set up a 40x30 field with 2 parallel wide goals.
Teams take turns in attacking and defending.
The team in possession (4 players) plays against 3 players
Play starts with a central player(4). The team in possession will try
to score a goal on the opposite net.
When the attacking team looses possession, or finishes with a shot
on goal, the defending team will attack 3 players of the attacking
team. (3v3) 9 would not be involved

Divide field in 2 zones
Players in 5 groups: (Attackers) A-B-C-F and (Defenders ) D.
The central player initiates a 3v1.
The objective is for the 3 players to advance the ball to F and after
the pass, to provide support to score on any of the two goals.

Receiving with the body open towards the target

Time of the supporting run/Communication

Field is divided in 5 zones and . (At the beginning) players must
stay in their zone. Play starts with the goalkeeper in team blue.
Team blue will try to score on any of the two goals, by building
from the back
If red wins the ball, they can attack the goal to score.
Condition
A goal can only be score after striker in D receives the ball
