Exercise Objectives<br />

maintain possession against 1 opponent while<br />
keeping a triangle shape <strong>to</strong> advance <strong>the</strong> ball .<br />
It could be an exercise for 3 defenders <strong>build</strong>ing<br />
<strong>from</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>back</strong> <strong>to</strong> advance <strong>the</strong> ball <strong>to</strong> a midfielder,<br />
or 3 midfielders trying <strong>to</strong> advance <strong>the</strong> ball <strong>to</strong> a<br />
striker.<br />

and <strong>to</strong> look for clear passing lanes <strong>to</strong> advance <strong>the</strong><br />

Divide field in 2 zones.<br />
Set up <strong>play</strong>ers in 4 groups: (Attackers) A-B-C-F and (Defenders ) D.<br />
Play starts with <strong>the</strong> central <strong>play</strong>er initiating a 3v1.<br />
Their goal is <strong>to</strong> advance <strong>the</strong> ball <strong>to</strong> F and <strong>to</strong> provide support <strong>to</strong> score<br />
