Before giving a massage, warm your<br />

hands. Cold hands do not feel pleasant on<br />

the body, and they can cause the person<br />

Rubbing your hands, using massage oil or<br />

lotion before you start, is all that is needed<br />

Put massage oil into your hands and rub<br />

the best start. It is better to put some oil<br />

oil to room temperature, and allows you to<br />
