KEEP STRESS AT BAY<br />

Chances are good that your acne<br />

is related to stress, so do what you can<br />

to avoid high-stress situations. Although<br />

stress is not a cause of acne, it may make<br />

it worse in people already suffering from<br />

it. Take the time out for yourself and just<br />

relax. By frequently partaking in activities<br />

that you enjoy, your stress levels will be<br />

lowered. It is important to quit smoking<br />

and to limit the consumption of caffeine if<br />

you are prone to acne breakouts.<br />

to control acne. Being stressed out<br />

can cause your body to release chemicals<br />

that are bad for your health overall, and can<br />

make your acne worse. Reducing stress has<br />

so many benefits it is well worth the effort,<br />

be it by exercise, meditation or simply taking<br />

a few minutes a day to be alone with<br />

your favorite music. Acne thrives on stress,<br />

so you need to focus on ways to lower it.<br />

Caffeinated drinks are especially aggravating<br />

to your acne problems. Cutting<br />

caffeine out of your diet could result in<br />

fewer breakouts.<br />

People often want to get rid of acne<br />

as soon as they can, so they mix together<br />

a lot of different lotions and creams and<br />

think that they will work better as a unit.<br />
