Put your core principles into practice. Everyone<br />

has values and beliefs in which<br />

they hold dear. If you have a good foundation<br />

to defend them upon, your self-esteem<br />

will benefit from adherence to your<br />

core principles. If your goals are grounded<br />

in your principles, you’ll be more consistent<br />

in pursuing them.<br />

If you take care of your health,<br />

you will be able to get the most out<br />

your brain sharp and body energetic by<br />

more wholeheartedly. While this may<br />

sound like an easy thing to do, it can prove<br />
