The Rungus Kiansamug Festival<br />

Venue: Tinangol Village, Matunggong Town,<br />

Kudat, Sabah<br />

The highlight of the festival is the Open Strongman<br />

Competition also known as Kiansamung (the Spirit of<br />

Strongman). The competition kicks off with the Rungus<br />

Traditional sport – Mongontolob. Apart from the<br />

masculine activities, enjoy traditional music and dances<br />

as well as the Gimpuhut-Rungus beauty pageant.<br />

Venue: Istana Budaya, Kuala Lumpur<br />

Household names Norman, Yusry and Edry are<br />

also the famous trio brothers that form Malaysia's<br />

top local boy band. Celebrating their 25th year<br />

as a band, KRU will be belting out tunes with a<br />

Venue: DPAC, Empire Damansara, Selangor<br />

IQ. Rock is a play that tackles the issue of<br />

education, family and race in Malaysia. The story<br />

revolves around a teacher who has been teaching<br />

in elite schools all over Malaysia to one day leave<br />

her comfort zone and asks to be relocated to one<br />

of the most fearful school in the country.<br />

Perlis Marathon 2018<br />

In 2017, the marathon saw a full 42KM marathon,<br />

categories. Two new categories, 10KM ASEAN<br />
