OLD MALAYA KOPITIAM
• KLIA, Satellite Building, North Zone, Mezzanine Level,
Level 2
One of our star finds in KLIA this year is the Lamb Shank
Briyani from Old Malaya. The sizeable lamb shank makes this
a shareable dish that can satisfy two tummies. Glistening with
gravy and served on top of basmati rice, the lamb shank is
succulent, moist and fork-tender. It has a lovely spicy and
aromatic taste with hints of cumin, coriander and cardamom.
There’s also good local coffee on the menu.
