Image Development.
After students join Bachelor’s or Food
Production job oriented course,
Orientation and Induction program is
c o n d u c t e d f o r t w o w e e k s o f
commencement of the course. During
Orientation Program the students are
honed and prepared for the programme
they have enrolled in along with a better
personality.
Those students who are poor in
communication skills especially spoken
English are taught basic grammar,
vocabulary, listening and writing skills. A
full fledge language lab meets the
purpose to train students to speak
Business English effortlessly.
A curriculum of in depth theoretical
knowledge as per their area of interest is
d e s i g n e d f o c u s s i n g o n C a m p u s
Interviews. Etiquette and grooming is the
essential part of a better professional,
keeping this is in mind we at Regency
mould the students slowly and steadily in
hotel manners, etiquette, work culture
and so on.
Industrial Exposure Training 2015-2016
The II/II Sem Industrial Exposure Training
for BHMCT Students started on 6th
Dec’2015. This 21 week program as per the
Osmania University curriculum took off
with students doing their training in 5 Star
Brand of Hotels all over India covering
Benguluru, Goa, Hampi... Brands Like
Ritz Carlton, Hyatt Place Hampi, The Park
Benguluru, Oberoi, Taj Group of Hotels,
Marriott, Novotel, Westin, Sheraton have
given an opportunity to the 2nd year
Regents for their real time experience to
improve their hands on skills in
operational and ancillary departments.
Campus Buzz...2015-2016
• Campus placement or campus
interview is the program conducted
within educational institutes. At
Regency College this year there are
many new international brands which
got added to the companies which
were already picking up students
• This year also the campus placements
started in the month of October
The prestigious Oberoi Group of Hotels
Ms. Pooja Grover (Director- H.R and Mr.
Vishal Front Office Manager Trident
Hyderabad visited the college for the
recruitment drive of OCLD and OCER.

Register for a career as OPERATIONS
ASSISTANT. The program started with a
P r e s e n t a t i o n f o l l o w e d b y G r o u p
Discussion and Personal interview. A
good number of students were selected
for this program into all the four core
departments.
The Lemon Tree Group of Hotels visited
the college for campus selection on 21st
Nov’2015. Mr. Narotham General
Manager Lemon tree – Hitech city and Ms.
Shweta and Ms. Mamta the H.R Team
were present for hiring the students. The
selection process was for Management
Trainee, Hotel Operation Trainee and
Operation Trainee program. A written test
as per the area of interest, group
discussion and Personal interviews were
the scale to assess the students.
Interested students were selected with
offer letters in hand.

Novotel Airport and Mercure visited the
college for the prestigious General
Management Trainee (GMT) program on
7th December’2015. Mr. Sathyam
(Director H.R Novotel Air port) Ms Maria
(Training Manager Novotel and HICC, Mr
Mathew (H.R Manager Mercure) Ms.
Harishita (Training co-ordinator Novotel
and HICC introduced the III yr BHMCT
aspirants with a presentation followed by
Group discussion and Personal round of
interviews. There were a lucky lot of
students who were picked up
Green Park Hotels and Resorts Limited
owns and operates business Hotels in
Hyderabad, Chennai and Visakhapatnam
under the umbrella of Green Park Hotels
with multi Star brands like Green Park
Hotels, Mari Gold and Avasa the 5 Star
Properties in Hyderabad.

Hotel) Mr. Narendra Kumar (Group
Training Manager), Mr. Sunil Kumar
(Training Manager), Mr. Seshu (H.R
Manager). The Selection process was
through written test, group discussion
followed by personal interviews with the
V.P. Management Trainee program, Hotel
Operation Training program, and
Operations Trainee levels were offered to
lure the students. A huge number of
efficient and budding aspirants were
given offer letters.
I n d i G o a l e a d i n g D o m e s t i c &
International Indian Airlines conducted
pool interviews at Taj Banjara Hotel in
November. The selection process was
group discussion and personal interviews
along with outstanding present ability.
Three of our 3rd year students were

Worldwide, Inc. is an American Hotel and
leisure company. Westin Hyderabad
Mindspace is one of the most exclusive
Hyderabad Hotels, ideally located in the
heart of IT Hub of Hyderabad. Mr. Sumit
the Manager Human Resource visited the
campus on 28th January this brand
selected exceptional students for Front
Office, Housekeeping and F&B Service
departments. Through Personal interview
by the H.R and the Technical round by
their Operations Manager. Students were
thrilled to receive the offer letters from
such a reputed brand at an early stage
