Cool as a cucumber<br />
1 inch wedge of fresh cucumber<br />
25ml sugar syrup<br />
37.5ml Hendricks gin<br />
12.5ml elderflower liqueur<br />
25ml fresh lime juice<br />
Muddle the wedge of cucumber<br />
and sugar syrup in your tin. Add the<br />
Hendricks, elderflower liqueur and fresh<br />
lime juice. Shake with cubed ice. Double<br />
strain into your glass. Add a cucumber<br />
ribbon to garnish.<br />
