collector car, financial, commercial, and employee benefit<br />
products. The company has nine employees, all of whom strive<br />
to build lasting relationships and take care of each client.<br />
“What makes us different is our care and<br />
concern for all of our clients, new and old,”<br />
Ross said.<br />
Ross is from the Midwest and he learned a long time ago that if<br />
he puts his client’s needs first nothing else matters.<br />
L.J. Ross specializes in customizing all of its product lines to fit<br />
the needs and budgets of the clients. Each person’s situation is<br />
assessed and the team works together to build the best plan to<br />
fit the customers need.<br />
“One of the items that make this agency different is that we<br />
explain what all coverage options on a person’s policy actually<br />
means. Many times a client that comes to our office from<br />
another agency may have improper coverage. This may result in<br />
a serious financial loss if they are not properly covered,”<br />
Ross said. “In some cases, we find that they have more<br />
coverage than they actually need. This is all part of our<br />
client analysis. Our clients leave our agency with a clearer<br />
understanding of their coverage options and they know that<br />
they are now properly protected.”<br />
Ross’s background was in<br />
sales and management.<br />
He managed agents and<br />
managers in four different<br />
states throughout the<br />
country. He developed<br />
and trained agents,<br />
helping them to be<br />
more successful in their<br />
agencies. He entered<br />
the insurance business after purchasing his own personal life<br />
insurance policy when he was in college. Ross understood the<br />
importance of insurance before making it a career choice.<br />
“It gives me pleasure to make a difference<br />
in a person’s life by taking the skills I have<br />
been taught and using them to help a client<br />
protect everything they have worked so<br />
hard for,” Ross said.<br />
“So many of our clients seek our guidance and expertise and<br />
are very appreciative once they have completed our insurance<br />
analysis. Seeing someone smile and tell us how grateful they are<br />
is extremely gratifying. It is this type of experience that makes<br />
me come to work every day with a smile, wondering who I can<br />
help next.”<br />
In addition, Ross said his employees are very special to him.<br />
“They are an extension of me and understand that we are here<br />
to serve our clients. There is a positive energy that makes our<br />
agency a special place to work.”<br />

8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Thursday; 8:30am to 5pm<br />
