and Zachary Palumbo
Zachary and Dominique met in kindergarten at Coral
Springs Christian Academy. Their moms met at some
of the school functions and became quick friends.
Two years after the couple began dating, Zachary
proposed on Christmas Eve of 2016. The family tradition
was to cook a seafood dinner at home. Zachary and
Dominique decided to do something different because
of the tough, emotional year they had. “We both thought
it would be a fun idea to go out to Truluck’s Seafood,
Steak and Crab House in Boca Raton,” Dominique said.
The families sat outside, ordered some wine and began
talking about how the last year had been. Zachary then
turned to Dominique, took her hand and told her that she
was the love of his life, and asked her to grow old with
him. “It was a total surprise, and I enthusiastically said
yes,” Dominique said.
The couple enjoys going to dinner at a favorite local spot,
catching a movie, and taking vacations to Marco Island.
They will be married at the Deer Creek Country
Club. They plan on going somewhere romantic for
their honeymoon that includes crystal-clear waters,
picturesque mountains, and a coral reef swirling with
colorful fish. ❤
Christa and Robert first met in 7th grade. They shared
a science class and Rob sat behind her. Last year,
they connected on Facebook and four months later
Robert and Christa were engaged.
The proposal took place on the beach at the Polynesian
Village Resort at Walt Disney World. During the fireworks
show, Robert popped the question.
Together they enjoy doing family activities. Robert and
Christa each have a child that are one year apart. The
family outings include going to the beach and theme
parks.
They couple is planning a honeymoon at a tropical
destination this summer.
Robert is the creative director and graphic designer at
Digital Media Arts College.
Christa is the office manager at Kids Academy.❤
