(2) Memorandum opinions and unpublished orders have no precedential value and should<br />

not be cited except in proceedings in which they are directly involved. Memorandum<br />

opinions may be cited in the following form: Burns v. Burns, Op. No. 89-MO-110 (S.C. Ct.<br />
