Menu Highlights<br />

Mark will be cooking for you himself with his hand-picked team and dedicating<br />

most of his time to the kitchen. Expect casual bistro-style selections and tantalizing<br />

vegetarian choices, as well as the “old” Waldo’s favourites — menu fixtures due to<br />

customer demand — such as the Lobster, Shrimp & Scallop Bisque with fresh herbs<br />

and sour cream, the Wild Mushroom Crêpe with white wine sauce and Asiago<br />

cheese, or the Braised Beef Short Ribs on a bed of mashed potatoes with fresh<br />

vegetables. Savour wines by the bottle, the ½ litre or by the glass; or try a “with<br />

skins” or “without skins” wine sampler. Discover your personal favourites!<br />

Mark’s Fine Meats<br />

Mark takes the reins at Field Gate Organics, the Market’s long standing purveyor<br />

of certified organic beef, pork, chicken, turkey and lamb, on November 1, 2018.<br />

Much will remain the same, including genial Manager Dan Murphy, but the range<br />

of products grows with the addition of fresh seafoods,<br />

Halal meats, grass-fed Texas longhorn beef, wild<br />

game such as quail and pheasant, and sauces and<br />

demi-glaces.<br />
