Dining at the Elm Hurst restaurant is always an occasion to remember, whether<br />

you are celebrating with family and friends, catching up over a famous Sunday<br />

Brunch, or simply looking for a relaxing spot to enjoy a glass of wine and some<br />

top-notch cuisine. Savour locally-inspired menus prepared by Executive Chef<br />

Michael Davies and soak up the atmosphere in one of nine private dining<br />

rooms. Try the Charcuterie Board with prosciutto, sopresseta salami, Lonza<br />

cured pork loin, artisan paté, honey pickled vegetables, taleggio cheese, olive<br />

tapenade, apricot-cherry compote, stone ground mustard and sliced baguette.<br />

Other recommendations include:<br />

• Seared Diver Scallops, Cauliflower Vanilla Purée & Crisp Pancetta with<br />

toasted pine nuts & maple butter sauce;<br />
