Lloyd Werft is located on a site covering more than 260,000<br />
square metres in Bremerhaven’s Überseehafen on the German<br />
North Sea coast, well known for its variety of first class yacht<br />
shipyards. For more than 160 years the name of Lloyd Werft has<br />
been associated with building and converting unique ships and<br />
with a shipbuilding tradition spanning many generations of the<br />
same families. Three large dry and floating docks as well as highperformance<br />
workshops and logistics sectors are available for<br />
building and converting ships of more than 300 metres in length<br />
and a draught of up to 11 metres. Work is carried out by a highly<br />
motivated team of full-time, professional staff and carefully selected,<br />
first-class partner companies from many different specialised<br />
fields. Together, they create ships to the highest possible standard,<br />
combining advanced technology with proven reliability – like the 140<br />
metre yacht currently under construction. The international success<br />
of Lloyd Werft is founded on the newbuilding and conversion of<br />
mega yachts, cruise ships and special purpose vessels.<br />
