According to Taylor, F. B. Taylor Insurance &
Real Estate Agency Inc., the parent corporation,
has three separate locations operating under
three names:
• F. B. Taylor Insurance & Real Estate Agency,
Inc., 1509 South Highway 69, Nederland,
Texas, under the corporate name;
• Carroll R. Hand Insurance & Real Estate
Agency, Inc., 411 Miller Street, Anahuac,
Texas, and
• Craig Insurance Agency, 1020 Bay Area
Blvd., Suite 100, Houston, Texas.
The agency’s operation is broken down into
four departments:
• Commercial lines: Writes all lines of
commercial insurance, including commercial
property, commercial general liability,
workers compensation, commercial
automobile, commercial umbrella, wet
marine, and bonds.
• Personal lines: Writes dwellings,
homeowners, personal automobiles,
recreational watercraft, all forms of
recreational vehicles (motor homes, fourwheelers,
dirt bikes), antique cars, personal
umbrellas, and personal aircraft.
• Life, health, and group medical: Writes
personal and business life products,
individual medical and dental, long
term care, employer-sponsored group
health insurance.
• Real estate: Handles primarily residential
real estate, although it can also do
