● I will be provided with an email address (e.g. a.student@share.epsb.ca) to use for<br />
school purposes. This address also is what gives me access to my online file storage,<br />
documents, <strong>and</strong> sites on Share through My. epsb.ca;<br />
● support for using the resource inside the student portal are primarily online. The<br />
district maintains a Share HELP site (where students can post answers as well), <strong>and</strong><br />
there are many tutorials <strong>and</strong> help sources online - many of which are linked from the<br />
Share HELP site; <strong>and</strong><br />
● that perthat personnel from the school <strong>and</strong> District Technology may access my<br />
Share (Google Apps) account if there are reasonable grounds to believe that there<br />
has been a breach of school rules or discipline policies <strong>and</strong> that a search of the<br />
account would reveal evidence of that breach. This may include but not limited to<br />
email messages, archived chats, photographs, documents uploaded, etc.<br />
Universal Washrooms <strong>Responsibilities</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Expectations</strong>:<br />
Universal washrooms are available to all students <strong>and</strong> located in the hallway between the<br />
Front Office <strong>and</strong> <strong>Student</strong> Services. These washrooms are available for all students <strong>and</strong> staff<br />
to use for the intended purpose.<br />
Video Surveillance <strong>Responsibilities</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Expectations</strong>:<br />
There are video cameras inside <strong>and</strong> outside of M.E. LaZerte School that can be utilized by<br />
administration when looking into specific circumstances surrounding an incident or<br />
complaint. These are in place to enhance the safety <strong>and</strong> security of students <strong>and</strong> school<br />
operations. Signs are posted outside the school to let visitors know about video<br />
Visitors <strong>Responsibilities</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Expectations</strong>:<br />
All visitors must proceed directly to the main office upon arriving at the school. <strong>Student</strong>s<br />
from other schools are not allowed in or on school property during the school day to<br />
ensure a safe <strong>and</strong> secure learning environment for our students. M.E. LaZerte students are<br />
not allowed to visit other schools during school time.<br />
