CAMDEN’S LOOKING GOOD WITH NEW LOCKS
Camden Windows and Doors says it is at the forefront of home security as it has introduced new locks to its PVCu
window range.
The new Inliten espagnolette locking mechanism is fitted to the vertical edge of the window and meets stringent security tests. It

THE CASE FOR THE MODERN APPROACH
Manchester’s Irlam Glass has installed Spectus flush casement windows in a picturesque cottage situated just
outside Warrington in Cheshire.
The windows were manufactured
by Universal Trade Frames.
When the time came to replace the cottage’s ageing timber windows, the owners were keen to preserve the heritage
beauty of their home but also wanted the thermally efficient, low maintenance benefits of modern PVC-U windows. The
customer specified mechanically jointed windows with the popular contemporary colour Agate Grey on the exterior and
white on the interior. Monkey tail handles and astragal bars complemented the cottage’s heritage looks.
