Dusk Fusion<br />

Dusk, a Mediterranean and Asian fusion restaurant and shisha lounge has opened its<br />

doors in Brentwood, Essex. Headed up by TV chef Stephen Gomes, the varied menu<br />

not just the fusion of cuisine which will be drawing the crowds, no alcohol is sold on<br />

From Street Side to Lakeside<br />

Market Halls, a street food concept with locations in Victoria and Fulham, has<br />

launched at intu Lakeside. The Halls, part of the shopping centre’s 175,000 sq ft<br />

leisure extension, will feature six kitchens, a coffee shop, pop up areas for food trucks<br />

and two bars. Vendors will include BaoziInn and Fanny’s Kebabs, Burger & Beyond,<br />

Fundi Pizza and Mother Clucker and new to the game, Curry on Naanstop!<br />

Royal Takeover<br />

The Crown in Stoke-by-Nayland is the latest addition to The Chestnut Groups<br />
