There is much more out there than what I have<br />

covered.<br />

Check out kettlebells. They are an outstanding way to<br />

get in shape. Swings, snatches, goblet squats, highpulls,<br />

lunge-presses, Turkish get-ups, weighted pullups,<br />

push-ups with rows—the list is infinite. Add<br />

them to your game to get it on. Use them to<br />

supplement your workouts or do some all-kettlebell<br />

days.<br />

There are also an unbelievable number of movements<br />

that can be taken from gymnastics. The muscle-up is a<br />

staple of my workouts, and it is a basic movement in<br />

gymnastics. Other moves like hanging leg-lifts, L-<br />

sits, V-ups, front and back levers, all kinds of<br />

multi-plane pushes and presses. The list goes on and<br />

on. Find a gym or a coach or an online program to<br />

start getting after some of the hardest body-weight<br />

exercises in the world.<br />

And don’t stop with kettlebells and gymnastics. Keep<br />

looking. Keep experimenting. Keep exploring.<br />

Keep getting better.
