PN SERIES BIAS-PLY REPAIR UNITS
• 90° cord angle of the plies provides greater
compatibility with the flexing action of the tire
as it operates under load, plus it also makes the
patch more flexible for easier installation • A new
concept in rubber compounding of the ply-end
cover strip eliminates cord breakout at the end of
the plies • Two different ply levels for each size patch
provide better compatibility of the repair unit to the
ply rating of the tire • Flexibility in patch/injury size
optimization for improved performance • Eliminates
need for “S” (Sidewall) patches in the smaller sizes
• Reduced buffing requirement due to the smaller
size of the patch • Use Blue Bonding cement
