What is the relation with the port and water?<br />
Transportation of scrap materials is happening also<br />
by water, in this sense, being located in the harbor<br />
is relevant under a strategic but also logistic point<br />
of view.<br />
What is the relation with the city?<br />
In collaboration with the public authority the TRS<br />
company is collecting scrap materials and metal<br />
waste from the city. The company is also providing<br />
a series of smaller service from private households<br />
on the compony site, like for example car demolition<br />
and dismantling. Furthermore, for commercial<br />
activities also located in the city they provide service<br />
for scrap material collecting. Relevant , in this<br />
sense, is the role the TRS company plays in closing<br />
the loop between city waste stream and reuse of recycled<br />
materials from the companies in the harbor.<br />

The TRS company is part of the REMONDIS group,<br />
