Health, like time, is most valuable to you when you realise you are losing
it. The best way to maintain your health is to raise your awareness of
how you take care of your body - and your environment plays a big part
in this. You are, as they say, what you eat... but sometimes all it takes
for something to get into your body is touching the wrong ordinary
object in your surroundings.
We are only into the third month of
2020, and we have already been
bombarded with reminders of
our mortality: news broadcasts,
social media channels, temperature checks
at the grocery store, and even a good
portion of the articles in this magazine
are all reminders of the fact that the
Coronavirus is out there, somewhere.
With the ever-expanding knowledge
of COVID-19, we have become more
apprehensive of our often-fragile health.
But this article isn’t to scare you further;
it’s to remind you that there is a lot you
can do to help ensure you stay happy,
