HOME WORKOUT

BURN OUT CALORIES AT HOME WITH THIS

FULL-BODY HIT WORKOUT ROUTINE

There are many days that we

don’t want to go to the gym, or

we just can’t; the gym might be

closed, it might be raining, or

we just got home from work and it’s

too late to go. Whatever the reason

is, I want to propose you a home

workout routine. Therefore, even if the

results we can obtain at home are not

the same as the ones we can obtain

at the gym, we can still get an efficient

and challenging workout.

The workout I’m going to propose

to you, is a full-body routine HIIT.

For those that don’t know what is

a HIIT, this stands for High-Intensity

Interval Training. The intensity in these

workouts means there is little (if any)

downtime built-in. This workout is also

comprised of interval training, which

means exercises are done in bursts.

Here is a quick routine that targets

your entire body in approximately

30 minutes without using weights or

bulky machines.
