Located in Beijing’s bustling downtown district, W<br />
Beijing - Chang’an it’s the latest futuristic addition to<br />
the Beijing skyline. The façade features edge lit fins<br />
which can be programmed to display the hotel logo.<br />
Inside the hotel has been designed to reflect Beijing’s<br />
history of imperial power. The design approach follows<br />
the concept of Icon Empire which describes the heaven<br />
as round the earth as square. The lighting design<br />
follows this philosophy by highlighting the iconic<br />
elements and the space with light and shadow to<br />
create a harmonious balance of sky and earth.
