Discussion: Delger discussed the July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2020 financial summary. • Operating Revenues: o o o Membership Dues: With our growth in membership, we ended the fiscal year being ahead of budget by $10,804.70 Convention: The 2019 convention had a net profit of $13,800.83 Nurses Day at the Legislature: the 2020 NDL had a net profit of $2281.35 2019 had a net loss of $11.28, and 2018 had a net profit of $3281.10 • Operating Expenses: see page 17 annual book o Highlight – Bank and Credit Card Fees were not budgeted or anticipated. This was due to the need to move to a new credit card processor in order to increase security. • Net Profit: o 2019/2021- $10,837.00. WNA projected to have a net loss of $270 Approval of Financial Statement: Motion to approve- Carla Lee Seconded by Sue Howard Discussion: None Financial Statement approved 15
