Luzmoor<br />
President Luzmoor presented the proposed<br />
Bylaw amendments related to membership<br />
categories. That change has resulted in a<br />
need to “clean up” the language describing a<br />
nurse.<br />
Amendment #1 – To allow retired nurses to<br />
maintain their membership and keep in<br />
alignment with the changes that the <strong>Wyoming</strong><br />
State Board of <strong>Nursing</strong> adopted in the<br />
licensing of an active nurse.<br />
Discussion:<br />
• Faith Jones – asked for a clarification<br />
that retired nurses can join – yes.<br />
Luzmoor reviewed the membership<br />
guidelines.<br />
