“Great Meeting”<br />
If you missed the Hemet <strong>GSFE</strong>, you have missed a wonderful and<br />
awesome meeting & discussion. Amy Frost coached us in calming<br />
techniques and lead us in discussions about self-care, boundaries, and<br />
more. You missed it! And meetings like this do not come along everyday.<br />
Think about that! If you are not a member of <strong>GSFE</strong>, you only pay $15 to<br />
attend one of our meetings. And I walk away from the majority of them<br />
(like today and yesterday) knowing that the meeting was worth 3 times<br />
that amount.<br />
