I invited all of you to attend along with our Long Beach <strong>GSFE</strong><br />
to join us for Self defense techniques in action. Everyone had<br />
the chance to participate hands on including yours truly. This<br />
was SO important not to mention a blast ! I know only a few<br />
of you could make it. Check out Long Beach news for pics &<br />
details. I realize that during these pandemic times that most<br />
of us are playing it better safe than sorry. LA is stricter on the<br />
Covid rules.<br />
This is exactly why I encourage you to hop on our zoom in<br />
place of meeting in person. It’s a wise choice. Try to connect<br />
with someone if you can’t get on to zoom individually. Keep<br />
in the loop. We no longer meet or do zoom on Saturdays. We<br />
merged with the lovely *Angele Cade* director of San Fernando<br />
Valley for the time being. Our meetings are the 3 rd Tuesday of<br />
every month. So <strong>November</strong> 23 rd it is.<br />
Getting in the Halloween Spirit<br />
On our last zoom we featured our wonderful *Marcy Decato*<br />
with Creative Solutions Marketing. What a great training she<br />
provided us on branding and sprucing up our livelihood with<br />
dynamic logos and business cards. I have to give Marcy a shout<br />
out ! She has great Holiday specials offers. Consult with her on<br />
your advertising. I plan to pick it up a notch myself<br />
