Long Beach News ~ Hear ye hear ye~<br />
Our fortunate Long Beach & LA <strong>GSFE</strong> members ventured<br />
out on a field trip to Marine Stadium Park in Long Beach.<br />
It was SO awesome to get out & get fresh air on a gorgeous<br />
Day prior to the colder weather coming upon us, not to<br />
mention , it shall get darker sooner as well.<br />
We were more than happy to welcome another <strong>GSFE</strong> gal ,<br />
Member, Co-Director of Oceanside & Founder of Love’s<br />
Self defense. Debbie Love trained us with hands on maneuvers<br />
to protect ourselves. We are feeling much more confident if we<br />
must need to step into gear, thanks to Debbie. In the video ,<br />
there’s a guy we could utilize for practice. We also had a<br />
blast as a group.<br />
For our <strong>November</strong> meeting on the 3 rd Monday on Nov.22 nd ,<br />
let’s share what we are thankful for and our blessings. It is<br />
the Thanksgiving season. Joan Wakeland is our speaker.<br />
Most of you know Joan , but, did you know Joan won Ms.<br />
Elegance at the *Woman of Achievement Pageant* How<br />
Exciting is that Let’s give her a warm welcome by your<br />
Attendance !<br />
