Susan Vanderburgh - Mentor / Public Speaker / Writer
Susan is from a first-generation immigrant family. Susan did not
learn to speak English until she was nine years old. Growing up as
an Asian female, and without resources or guidance,
Susan still managed to be the first in her family to achieve a
Bachelor’s degree in Business (after 19 years of studies), a Master’s
degree in Public Administration and currently working on a Juris
Doctorate while supporting her family of 7. From her humble
beginnings to currently being a business owner, mentor and real
estate investor.
Susan has not forgotten her heritage or her roots. When not
spending time with her husband and five children, Susan often
gives back to the community by providing business mentoring
to local profit and non-profit businesses, writing articles, making
presentations or publishing her magazine (Creditcure Magazine) to
promote financial fitness, mental health and organ donation.
Furthermore, Susan’s current projects are mentoring other
businesses, serving as an Executive Officer on the Board of
Directors for Heart to Heart Foundation, donating to kidneyrelated
causes, and serving as an Outreach Ambassador for judicial
recruitment.
Susan’s newest adventure is launching her “Fabulous Money
Makeover” program which leads clients through the journey of
acquiring assets and building a legacy for their families.
