Opportunities and Valuable Information 70 Global Society For Female Entrepreneurs - www.globalsocietyforfemaleentrepreneurs.org
Hi, Lori Raupe here, I’m reaching out to you today because something has been on my mind to share with you. A week ago last Friday, I was allowed the opportunity to share information at the first virtual event for the Global Society for Female Entrepreneurs. Angeline Benjamin did a great job as the organizer! Laurie Davis was the MC and also did a great job! Of course Robbie as the founder and AnGel as one of the esteemed board members were both there serving the group. The speakers were so good, they really brought their A-Game! If you missed it, wow, you really missed it! Make sure you look for the next event and attend. My talk was about passive income that you can add to your business, so I thought I would share this information with you in an email series. Many of the successful mentors of our time speak on the value of having a book or books to help others as one more part of their business plan, another stream of income. Our own Robbie Motter is one of these. She is in good company because others you may have heard about are Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, John Maxwell, Warren Buffet, and so many more, have all spoken about the value of writing books to help others. Likewise, sharing your story can inspire and motivate potential clients to do business with you! So many entrepreneurs place the cart before the horse. You wouldn’t think of being asked to get married before a first date, but many do this every day! Asking for a sale before building rapport and getting to know your client. John Maxwell puts it this way, “Always touch a person’s heart before you ask for a hand.” Having a book can be one way to touch a heart and cross the rapport bridge of “know, like, and trust,” which is necessary for a buyers’ journey to a purchase! You can share your valuable knowledge in a book, help others live a better life, dream bigger, and maybe even describe what you value most. When we let our potential clients in on what we value, they see us in a new light! You can do this by writing about your experience, knowledge, thoughts and ideas, especially the ones that have changed your life! Think about your life, have books helped you? Of course they have. A book is one way to add passive income to your business. Selling on Amazon is easy and seamless. The beauty of writing a book is that you can then use the content in more ways than in just your book! You don’t need to re-create content for a podcast talk, blog, article, or social media posts. Just share something from your book... multi-use. Or like I’m using this as an example in this email, by using information from what I said at the event, and now sharing it in a series of emails for you. Who knows I may put it in an ebook to help more entrepreneurs. In emails you send to your email list, or messages and with social medial you could hyperlink your book for increased visibility, credibility, or like I say, AUTHOR-ity! If you are thinking about writing a book, I would like to offer you a way to get started. On November 1st, I will be hosting: The FREE 5 Day (link: https://writeyourbooknowchallenge.com/opt-in-bcchallenge) THEY WILL JUDGE YOUR BOOK BY ITS COVER (link: https://writeyourbooknowchallenge.com/opt-in-bcchallenge) Challenge (link: https://writeyourbooknowchallenge.com/opt-in-bcchallenge) During this experience you will find it informative, interactive, and you will get so much to help you get started on the right foot.
