about ministry and providing supports and tools to others who may have similar experiences<br />
as youth and or young adults. Tammorra enjoys traveling, spa treatment, shopping, and<br />
good food.<br />
After 25 years of serving children, parents, and teachers Tammorra retired from public<br />
education, on February 4, 2020. On April 2020, Tammorra founded EMPOWER Her with<br />
SMART Grows to support women who have suffered from Domestic Violence. EMPOWER<br />
Her provides tools for women to discover their authenticity, uniqueness, beauty, self-worth,<br />
self-discovery and increase self- development. This metamorphosis process will transform<br />
the mind, body, and soul. EMPOWER Her will intentionally cultivate the authenticity of each<br />
woman by equipping and empowering her with tools to occupy her sphere of influence and<br />
live a harmonious life.<br />
EMPOWER Her with SMART Grow LLC is the parent company of Bishop Golder Academy<br />
Youth and Family Restoration Center 501C3 who serve adjudicated males ages 11 – 18 and<br />
will launch 2023, Golder Publishing, and The Prodigals Return International Magazine, Overall,<br />
Tammorra’s assignment is to lead people to a place of refuge, restoration, and reunification<br />
with God, self, family, self -awareness and self - development.<br />
Tammorra is an ordained minister with Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (PAW). Currently,<br />
Tammorra has been nominated to participate in Woman of Achievement <strong>November</strong> <strong>2021</strong><br />
to represent Mrs. Elite Indiana with the platform of EMPOWER Her with SMART Grow. In<br />
addition, Tammorra is a Doctoral Candidate, a Ph.D. student at Indiana State University,<br />
Bayh College of Education anticipating graduating 2022. She is a Licensed Indiana Certified<br />
Teacher and Building Administrator who has served in public education for the past 25 years<br />
in the Metropolitan School Districts of Indiana as a teacher, district administrator, Director of<br />
Student Services, Assistant Director of Human Resources, and an Assistant Principal Building<br />
Administrator.<br />

On <strong>November</strong> 4th, at noon - PST, we are having our first Thursday <strong>GSFE</strong> virtual meeting. Our<br />
speaker Lauren Raguzin, an Entrepreneur and a seasoned and well-versed communication<br />
professional is our speaker with a topic : “Networking: It is not about You, It is about You help<br />
Others”<br />
Our December virtual meeting will be on December 2nd, at noon PST/3:00 PM-EST. We will<br />
have a holiday party instead of a networking meeting. It will be a holiday party for both<br />
First Thursday and Third Thursday virtual groups. We will have virtual gift exchanges, holiday<br />
music and singing, games and a lot of fun!<br />
