IN UMSET ZUNG
Das alte Bündnerhaus, unmittelbar neben dem Hotel Signina gelegen,
wird saniert. Aus den kleinen Hotelzimmern werden nun vier Luxuswohnungen
gebaut, die von Feriengästen als Serviced Apartments
gebucht werden können. Das neue Konzept sieht einen 5-Sterne-Service
vor. Das Restaurant Mulania im Erdgeschoss des Hauses wird seine
Gäste leicht aufgefrischt bereits diesen Winter wieder willkommen
heissen. Fertigstellung des Hauses: Sommer 2022.
IN PLANUNG
BERGSTATION CRAP SOGN GION
Dass früher oder später das Gebäude auf dem Crap neu gestaltet werden muss,
war abzusehen. Jetzt rückt der Termin der Umsetzung näher. Die Vorprojektphase,
in der unter anderem die Machbarkeit und die Untersuchung der Bausubstanz
unter die Lupe genommen werden, endet im Januar 2022. Im Frühjahr 2022 soll
mit der definitiven Planung begonnen werden, der Baustart wird 2023 erfolgen.
Das ganze Vorhaben steht unter dem Motto «reduse, reuse, recycle». Dabei sollen
neueste Erkenntnisse des nachhaltigen und umweltfreundlichen Bauens einfliessen,
zum Beispiel das Einsetzen von Elektrobaggern oder die Nutzung von
alternativen Dämmmaterialien. Fertigstellung: Winter 2024/2025.
CASSONS-BAHN
Immer wieder wurde die Streckenführung
der Bahn von Flims ins UNESCO-Weltnaturerbe
Tektonikarena Sardona neu geplant.
Nun ist der Entscheid gefällt. Der Bau ist in
zwei Etappen vorgesehen. Im Frühjahr 2022
werden die Sektionen Flims–Foppa–Startgels
realisiert. In der zweiten Etappe wird
bis 2023 die Sektion Segneshütte–Nagens
und Ils Cugns gebaut. Im Zuge der Erstellung
werden die Bahnen Flims–Foppa–Naraus
sowie die Pendelbahn Startgels–Grauberg
zurückgebaut. Das neue Konzept sieht
eine selbstfahrende Gondel vor, den Flem-
Express. Die Zehner-Gondelbahn wird künftig
vollautomatisch und bedarfsabhängig
betrieben. Die Gäste wählen vor Fahrtantritt
ihr Fahrziel aus, welches von ihrer Gondel
anschliessend vollautomatisch angesteuert
wird. Fertigstellung: Winter 2023.

Bündnerhaus
The Bündnerhaus, right next to Hotel
Signina, is being renovated. The small hotel
rooms are now being converted into four luxury
holiday apartments. The new concept
provides for 5-star services. The ground-floor
restaurant Mulania will welcome its guests
again this winter with a slightly revamped
look. Completion: Summer 2022.

Parallel zum Bau der neuen Bahn in Flims
wird ein Besucherzentrum bei der Segnes-Hütte
realisiert und nicht – wie zuvor
geplant – in Ils Cugns. Gründe hierfür sind
eine bessere Anbindung an das UNESCO-
Weltnaturerbe Tektonikarena Sardona und
an die vorhandene Infrastruktur. Erste Pläne
werden bereits diskutiert.

Crap Sogn Gion mountain station
It was foreseeable that sooner or later the building on the Crap would
require a revamp. The time is now approaching. January 2022 will mark
the end of the preliminary project phase, which will include a feasibility
study and inspection of the building’s structure. Detailed planning will then
begin in spring 2022 and construction in 2023. The whole project will be
based on "reduce, reuse, recycle". Accordingly, the latest sustainable and
environmentally friendly construction techniques will be incorporated,
such as using electric excavators and alternative insulation materials.
Completion: Winter 2024/25.

In Nagens Sura bei der alten Station der Sesselbahn Startgels-Nagens
wird ein neues Restaurant geplant. Baustart soll bereits im Frühjahr
2022 sein.
UNDER PLANNING
UNESCO visitor centre
Parallel to the construction of the new
cableway in Flims, a visitor centre will be
built close to the Segnes-Hütte and not, as
previously planned, in Ils Cugns. This is due to
the better connections to the UNESCO World
Natural Heritage Tectonic Arena Sardona and
to the existing infrastructure. Initial plans are
already under discussion.
RESTAURANT NAGENS SURA
START PHASE
Cassons cableway
The cableway from Flims to the Tectonic Arena Sardona UNESCO World Heritage Site has
undergone constant replanning. A final decision has now been made. Construction will take place
in two stages: in spring 2022, the Flims–Foppa–Startgels sections will be completed; by 2023, the
Segneshütte–Nagens and Ils Cugns section will be built. In the course of construction, the Flims–
Foppa–Naraus and the Startgels–Grauberg cableways will be dismantled. The new concept envisages
a self-propelled gondola – the Flem-Express. In future, the ten-person gondola lift will operate
fully automatically and according to demand. Guests will select their destination before boarding
the gondola, which will then automatically head for their destination. Completion: Winter 2023.
Restaurant Nagens Sura
A new restaurant is being planned in
Nagens Sura at the former Startgels-Nagens
chairlift station. Construction is scheduled to
start in spring 2022.
