TROPICANA MAGAZINE TROPICANA’S MULTI-MILLION MANIA CAMPAIGN A RESOUNDING SUCCESS <strong>Tropicana</strong> marked another exciting milestone with its Multi- Million Mania campaign, which ran from 21 January <strong>2022</strong> to 17 June <strong>2022</strong>. Offering millions in prizes and vouchers, the campaign saw resounding success, with RM524.2 mil in property bookings and RM10.7 mil in retail sales generated as thousands of happy shoppers and home seekers thronged <strong>Tropicana</strong> Gardens Mall.<strong>The</strong> campaign attracted over 5,600 participants and concluded with an exciting Grand Draw, held at the mall on 6 July <strong>2022</strong>. Participants were shortlisted via Grand Draw, with one lucky winner walking away with the Grand Prize of an Edelweiss Small Office Flexible Office (“SOFO”) unit at <strong>Tropicana</strong> Gardens worth RM519,000. Andrew Ashvin, Managing Director, Group Assets Management of <strong>Tropicana</strong> & <strong>Tropicana</strong> Gardens Mall shared more on the success of Multi-Million Mania amid the retail landmark’s continued emphasis on experiential engagement. “We are overwhelmed with the positive response to Multi-Million Mania, which we launched as a way of giving back to our customers and the <strong>Tropicana</strong> community, as well as our property purchasers as a whole. <strong>The</strong> campaign, in conjunction with our focus on creating memorable experiences for shoppers, has driven a surge in footfall to <strong>Tropicana</strong> Gardens Mall. Daily footfall has increased a tremendous 241%, from 7,445 visitors daily in <strong>October</strong> 2021 to 17,995 visitors per day in June <strong>2022</strong>, underscoring the impact of our focus on Redefining the Art of Shopping,” he said. Multi-Million Mania entitled property seekers to 10 entries in its Grand Draw for every purchase of any <strong>Tropicana</strong> properties during the campaign period. In total, the initiative saw RM524.2 mil in property bookings, with Gemala Residences in <strong>Tropicana</strong> Aman, TwinPines Serviced Suites in <strong>Tropicana</strong> Grandhill and SouthPlace Residences in <strong>Tropicana</strong> Metropark particularly popular with home seekers. <strong>The</strong> campaign’s mechanics also rewarded shoppers at <strong>Tropicana</strong> Gardens Mall with daily prizes, as well as a chance at the Grand Prize.
