You’ll see them ‘golf-carting’ around Delray Beach, whether
showing property, traveling down A1A at sunrise (for a few moments
of relaxation) before a busy day, or on their way to dinner on
Atlantic Avenue.
This deep love of the real estate industry – and their desire to be
the best they can be - comes naturally to the pair with a real estate
heritage. Lindsey grew up learning the trade from her father, who
has been with Coldwell Banker Realty for 35 years. Curtis grew up
with a passion for real estate because his grandfather was a successful
real estate developer in Connecticut.
But it is not generational consideration that has spurred them to
climb the ladder toward success; it is sheer joy at the art of selling
real estate.
“We were born to do this!”
They are also bullish on its lasting inherent value.
“Even though these are changing times in the real estate market,
Delray is standing strong and is stabilizing. Iconic markets like Delray
Beach, Boca Raton, and Palm Beach are prime locations that can
stand the test of time through any changing market.”
Although interest rates are rising, now is a good time to buy property,
according to Lindsey. “Competition is lower than it has been
since the pandemic, and buyers have more choices now. Buyers do
not have to make substantial concessions like we have seen over
the last few years. Now buyers have the opportunity to negotiate.”
It’s also a good time to sell. “Inventory is still low, and there
are still many buyers who want to call south Florida home. When
priced right, sellers are still getting top dollar for their homes. It
takes a good, customized marketing plan to get as many eyes on
your property as possible. Now more than ever, having a knowledgeable
local agent that has boots on the ground and knows the
area well is important.”
Lindsey and Curtis are adamant that Delray Beach is an idyllic
place to work and play.
The duo has their favorite Delray Beach things-to-do list (move
over Oprah). And you’ll know when you see them, they’ll be cruising
the savvy streets of Delray in their golf cart, smiling and supporting
local merchants.
Their favorite restaurant haunts are Casa L’Acqua, the Grove, and
Brulé Bistro. Captain Clay’s Seafood is their favorite place to buy
fresh seafood to take home and cook. And, on Saturday mornings
(when not showing real estate), the couple supports the Delray
Green Market and the Coco Market on the first Sunday of the month.
Lindsey and Curtis specialize in selling real estate in Palm
Beach County.
Whether you’re local or out-of-state looking to find the perfect
home, or considering selling your condo, oceanfront oasis (or country
club property), they would love to be part of your home-buying,
selling, or investing journey!
