That is one of the reasons he has garnered a long list of loyal clients who tout his professionalism and abilities. Garfield has a positive outlook on the current Palm Beach County real estate market and is realistic about its long-term growth. “I see a changing real estate market. The days of a property hitting the market with several buyers engaging in bidding wars the same day are long gone. The good news is that I see a return to a healthy balance between buyers and available inventory,” said the Miami native and former retail executive. I see the demand for real estate continuing to be healthy and robust.” Bob has been selling real estate for over a decade and knows the Florida market extensively. He has lived in Delray Beach for over 18 years and sells property all over Palm Beach and Broward Counties. “I do what it takes to get to the finish line and am always nearby to assist my clients well after the sale is completed.” You bet he does; just ask his clients. “Bob did an excellent job of marketing my property.
