Roxy Ayling is a 200hr yoga teacher, fitness professional and massage therapist<br />

for the Surrey and Hampshire area. Her yoga classes are strong, dynamic<br />

vinyasa flows; however, she carries carefully curated workshops that are<br />

designed to cultivate and deepen your spirituality through Kundalini yoga.<br />

Kundalini is a term to describe the ultimate life force. It's a component of the<br />

spiritual awakening process. Through Kundalini yoga, you work to awaken and<br />

release that energy to bring you to your higher self. It is a self-will practice<br />

where you generate energy to align yourself to your potential.<br />

The kundalini energy sits at the base of your spine. This force and energy can<br />

be powerful to make things in your life flourish.<br />

Kundalini yoga works to ignite and release that energy by channelling it<br />

upwards through the chakras in the process of spiritual oneness and clarity. It is<br />

a rewarding practice that demands discipline and focus, which also makes it the<br />

perfect practice if you want to develop your meditation and spiritual practice.<br />
