<strong>Alchemical</strong> <strong>Voice</strong> - L2M Issue 14<br />

Ingredients<br />

Steps<br />

Mango and Yoghurt Mini Smoothies<br />

200g frozen mango chunks and/or one other frozen fruit<br />

of your choice - we love blueberries<br />

6 tbsp natural vegan yoghurt<br />

Juice 1 lime or ½ lemon<br />

1-2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)<br />

½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)<br />

Mint leaves for garnish<br />

1. Into a blender add the mango chunks and/or other<br />

fruit, blend until smooth.<br />

2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, lime/lemon juice, maple<br />

syrup and vanilla exract.<br />

3. To create an arty look, spoon in a layer of mango and<br />

then a layer of yogurt or if you don't have time, just<br />

stir it all in.<br />
