<strong>Alchemical</strong> <strong>Voice</strong> - L2M Issue 14<br />

Refreshingly Fruity Rocket Salad<br />

Ingredients<br />

Rocket salad<br />

1 or 2 oranges (optional)<br />

1 apple<br />

1 celery (chopped)<br />

A handful of walnuts<br />

A handful of black grapes<br />

Chopped hard vegan cheese<br />

1 tbsp of sesame seeds (toasted in a dry pan)<br />

1 tbsp olive oil<br />

Juice of 1 lemon or lime<br />

Steps<br />

1. Cut the black grapes in halves.<br />

2. Segment the oranges and cut into bite-sized pieces.<br />

3. Cut the apple into small pieces.<br />

4. In a large bowl, throw all the above ingredients in<br />

apart from the sesame seeds.<br />

5. Add olive oil and juice of 1 lemon or lime.<br />

6. After dry toasting the sesame seeds, sprinkle over the<br />

top.<br />

You could add tinned lentils or beans to this very light<br />

delicious salad.<br />
