<strong>Meditation</strong> technique and schedule of retreat: The first three days Anapanasati,<br />
i.e. observation of breath. Concentrat<strong>in</strong>g on <strong>in</strong>hal<strong>in</strong>g and exhal<strong>in</strong>g. Breath is only<br />
observed, not manipulated. From day three, Vipassana meditation <strong>in</strong> the tradition of<br />
