Notes: A warm jacket can be useful dur<strong>in</strong>g morn<strong>in</strong>g meditation. People with back<br />

problems should br<strong>in</strong>g a good sleep pad. Books for the library are welcome.<br />

Description: New meditation centre Dipabhavan or Theepapawan - "The<br />

Development of Light Hermitage" situated on the well-known holiday island Koh<br />

Samui <strong>in</strong> the prov<strong>in</strong>ce of Suratthani offers s<strong>in</strong>ce April 2006 every month two-week<br />

retreats start<strong>in</strong>g from 15th till 20th <strong>in</strong> Thai language and from 22nd till 27th <strong>in</strong><br />

English. Due date for applications is one day before the beg<strong>in</strong>n<strong>in</strong>g, that is on the<br />

21st of each month. Meet<strong>in</strong>g po<strong>in</strong>t is at Wat Sila Ngu Monastery situated near the<br />

Rocky Resort, Lamai at 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. The teach<strong>in</strong>g and daily<br />

retreat rout<strong>in</strong>e is similar to the 10-days-retreat <strong>in</strong> International Dhamma Hermitage <strong>in</strong><br />

Wat Suan Mokkh.<br />
